Hey guys,
I was just thinking about starting a food diary? Many people do not see the need of having a food diary, in essence I do not find the need to have one as well. But as part of my summer time fly, lol, I want to be fit not super tiny and eating healthier is a part of my summer goals. For the most part I have been doing well, staying away from fried foods and all that Micky D's.
There are alot of positives that come from writing a food diary and I will post a link so that you guys can check it out. Everyone wants to go out to the beach and on vacations during these summer months, so if you don't work out the least you can do is eat right! LoL i'm like basically scolding everyone, including myself.
